## Membership Hosting Billing

Membership Hosting Billing provides platform access and consumer account hosting.

## Billing Method

* Weekly
* Monthly

## Key Rule

Membership pricing includes a maximum hosted account allowance.

## Add-On Account Billing

Add-On Accounts are hosted consumer accounts exceeding the included membership limit.

## Billing Method

* Per-account fee
* Rate configured in Super Admin

## Billing Cycle

Matches the creditor's membership cycle:

* Weekly
* Monthly
* Annually

## Key Rule

Add-On Accounts are tracked and billed separately from included membership accounts.

## Consumer Payment Share Billing

The platform calculates a percentage-based fee from completed consumer payment activity.

## Includes

* Settlement payments
* Payment plan payments
* Gift payments

## Billing Cycle

* Weekly

## Key Rule

Payment-share billing is calculated automatically from completed payment transactions.

## Communication Billing

Communication Billing applies to platform-generated communications.

## Creditor Notifications

## Key Rule

Stored payment methods are securely tokenized and managed through the platform's PCI-compliant vault provider.

## EcoMail Delivery Billing

Applies when creditors send:

* CFPB Validation Letters
* EcoLetters

## Billing Method

Charged in real time at the moment of delivery.

## Key Rule

EcoMail charges are processed immediately and are not part of recurring billing cycles.
