# Compliance Dashboard

> Centralized view for disputes, opt-outs, expired negotiations, auto-expired records, and compliance restrictions.

## Key Rule

Compliance restrictions must follow the consumer PII identity, not only phone or email.
Identity match:

* Last Name
* Date of Birth
* Last 4 SSN
