# Offer Hierarchy & Assignment

> Offer priority rules for individual, group, sub-account, and master pay term assignment.

1. Individual Offer
2. Group Term Offer
3. Sub-Account Pay Term Offer
4. Master Pay Term Offer

## Key Rules

* Individual Offers override all other offer types.
* Group Term Offers override Sub-Account and Master offers.
* Sub-Account offers override Master offers.
* Master offers are the default fallback.
* Every delivered account must include both:
  * Settlement Offer
  * Payment Plan Offer.
