# Super Admin

> Product behavior map for platform operations, account management, merchant requests, reporting, billing, and cross-creditor guardrails.

The Super Admin is used by YouNegotiate platform operators to manage creditor accounts, consumers, membership plans, merchant requests, platform communications, partners, donations, reports, and platform users.
