Show server-computed settlement, payment-plan, custom-offer, active negotiation, and creditor counter-offer data for one owned account. Ready-to-negotiate accounts and pending creditor-response accounts that can change their offer receive data.offer_options.settlement, data.offer_options.payment_plan, and data.offer_options.custom. For change-offer forms, use settlement.amount as the maximum settlement amount and payment_plan.payment_plan_balance as the maximum payment-plan amount. Use data.account.dates.expiry_date to show the Self-Service Expires label when it is non-null. The returned action_context should be echoed back by mutation requests; the API re-checks ownership, account state, active negotiation, and version inside a database transaction before any write.
