Purpose
Membership Plan Selection lets a creditor choose the plan that controls membership access, billing, and account limits.
How It Should Work
- It should show available plans and the creditor’s current plan context.
- It should prevent selecting a plan that cannot support the creditor’s active account count.
- It should explain whether a change applies immediately or at the next billing cycle.
- It should connect selected plan changes to billing and activation rules.
How It Should Not Work
- It should not downgrade a creditor below required account capacity.
- It should not switch plans without clear confirmation.
- It should not charge or schedule the wrong plan.
- It should not change another creditor’s membership.
