The BillPay Calendar is dynamically updated in real time as payment plans are created, modified, rescheduled, completed, or cancelled.
Consumers may connect their BillPay Calendar to supported calendar providers to maintain visibility into upcoming payment obligations.

Calendar Events
The BillPay Calendar displays:
- Scheduled Settlement Payments
- Scheduled Payment Plan Payments
Only future scheduled payment activity appears on the calendar.
Purpose:
Provide a centralized view of upcoming payment activity.
Dynamic Update Rule
The BillPay Calendar automatically updates when:
- Payment Dates Change
- Payment Plans Are Modified
- Payment Plans Are Cancelled
- Payment Plans Are Completed
- New Payment Activity Is Created
Purpose:
Ensure consumers always have an accurate and current payment schedule.
Calendar Integrations
Consumers may connect the BillPay Calendar to:

- Microsoft Outlook Calendar
Calendar updates automatically synchronize when payment activity changes within the EcoPortal.
Purpose:
Allow consumers to manage payment commitments alongside their personal schedules.
Payment Reminder Rule
The BillPay Calendar includes automated payment reminders.
Default Reminder Schedule:
- 5 Days Before Payment
- 3 Days Before Payment
- 1 Day Before Payment
Purpose:
Provide consumers with advance notice of upcoming payments and reduce failed payments caused by expired cards, insufficient funds, or missed payment dates.
Key Rule
The BillPay Calendar serves as the consumer’s centralized payment scheduling and reminder system.
All calendar events must dynamically reflect current payment activity within the EcoPortal.
Final Developer Rule
The BillPay Calendar provides a real-time view of all upcoming settlement and payment plan activity.
